Summary
A group of students coming from very different social cliques are all given week long detentions for various reasons, they must spend a week together cleaning up the school for an upcoming visit from a member of the school board. They find that they are very different people, but they have no choice, they need to figure out how to get along to get any work done so that their school isn't in trouble.

August 25, 1992.
A week from today will be the three year mark of the day we put the clown to rest. Three weeks from today will mark the three year anniversary of the death of The Losers Club. Well, mostly. That day was the last day we all had hung out as a group, save for the few times we tried speaking to one another before getting the memo that the group was done.

After high school started the losers stopped hanging out. Some of them had their reasons for drifting, others only drifted in response; not knowing why. But Mike won’t have it.
He started to journal each of their behavior and things he noticed in attempt to figure out the issues and bring them back together. The universe did that for him, though, when a fight lands all 7 of them in detention together. All the unknown reasons, miscommunications, assumptions, mysteries, and pain were all resolved in Saturday detention.
Mike Hanlon didn’t have much to journal after that.

The students must now serve an 8 hour detention lasting all Saturday, and by the end of the day must show they have learned "Interhouse Unity". Since they have proven themselves too rowdy, Headmistress McGonagall casts a "silencio" over the Potions Classroom so they cannot speak to or hear each other. Thankfully, Professor Lovegood has provided them all with Protean-charmed journals for instantaneous communication. WARNING: Mature Language. Inappropriate use of potions and veritaserum.
