Summary
It has been 5 years since the fall of the Hellbent Overlord's empire. Rasta's Troop has since returned to the Hollow Earth and have since rebuilt their colony. They still mourn their losses, but see a bright future ahead of them as they begin to expand and reclaim the home their species once had dominion over long ago...
Godzilla has not been seen since San Francisco, he has not left Birth Island and Monarch is not sure why. Neither him or Gojirin have been sighted in the 5 years since San Francisco... and soon they may discover why.
Venator has been working tirelessly to erect Anti-Kaiju walls to defend major cities around the globe. The UN grows wary of the Kaiju as such a large amount of them were not expected to have come up from the Hollow Earth at once. As such they have redirected Monarch's focus to finding these Hollow Earth entrances and guarding them... research to enter the Hollow Earth is underway.
The United Nations have established a new organization: International Kaiju Defense Corps in response to the Battle of San Francisco, serving as the line of defense against attacking Kaiju.
All in all, the world has been at peace for these 5 years...
But that's all about to change...

There's Blitzo and Stolas gaining a new understanding about their relationship...Collin finding himself in friendly demonic company...En-Shi and Sallie May's relationship...the return of Moxxie's mother...and the anarchy that Stammadon is about to bring to all Circles in this realm.
It's a lot happening, but it wouldn't be Hell if things were what most would consider 'peaceful'.

Summary
Eons ago, a burst of blinding light descended from the heavens as Mothra emerged in her divine glory. Viewed as an angel among the people, the divine moth protected humanity from the malevolent monsters who wanted them destroyed.
However, Mothra and her fairy priestesses, the Shobijin, disappeared one day. Decades passed, and the three were presumed dead.
In the present day, a young boy, Mateo Luna, witnessed his town being destroyed by the malevolent Gigamoth, resulting in the death of his mother. Upon living with his Aunt Lila, a Fairy Mothra visited him and showed him an astral projection of the Shobijin. The twin fairies seek his help to free them and Mothra from a cocoon to defeat Gigamoth and all the other monsters who have reawakened following Mothra’s disappearance.

The human race had earned Battra’s ire long before they sealed the world’s kaiju away in power coins, seemingly intending to harness the creatures’ energy and abilities for their own use. Imprisoned and abandoned for nearly two decades before being assigned a host, alone with only his thoughts for the duration, the dark moth had meditated upon the futility of communicating to the species the gravity of their destructive nature. It was an aggravating burden on the mind, more than anything of true productive value, to realize how ignorant and uncaring humans would always remain of the planetary catastrophe they continued ever to push themselves toward, undeterred.
This human had said “yeah, same” and Battra was still trying to figure out how to process that.
