Summary
See, that’s the thing about sex, and alcohol, and bad choices. They’re fun at first, but it’s a slippery slope. And once he started his ER rotations — Dennis met his match.
Michael Robinavitch
Michael, and his big, strong hands. Michael and his wrinkles. Michael and his religious mumblings on the floor of pedes. Michael and his magnetic fucking pull.
And Dennis, oh, Dennis was enamored.
Because yes, maybe Dennis’ first love was the city, or the sky above the farm, or god. But his heart was never reserved for an idea bigger than himself. And it was never really all that into casual sex with men who don’t touch him like he burns.
‘And god is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.’
Or
Dennis is in love with his boss, that much is clear. And his harmless exploration of sexuality turns to a reckless habit in an effort quell his feelings for Robby. Trinity has had enough, and Dennis vows to stop. Though Robby’s mixed signals make that very hard. (They’ll work it all out in the end.)

Summary
“You’re the new doctor, correct? From the medical office down the street? I'm Dennis, but most call me father, of course.”
Robby blinked, surprised. He hadn’t expected the priest to already know about his presence in the community, but it was a pretty small town. “Uh, yeah, that’s me. The name is Michael, Micheal Robinavitch.” he replied, stepping forward. “I’m...not really sure why I’m here, honestly. It’s kind of a long story.”
Dennis chuckled warmly, the sound light and easy on Robby's ears. “This place has a way of drawing people in, even if they don’t know why they’re here at first.”

Summary
Trinity let out a huff, then sat on one of the benches as her mind worked through the possibilities of why Whitaker didn’t want her to drive him home. Maybe he was a slob and his house was a mess, or he had a weird roommate, or he could be embarrassed about the part of town he lived in - the stipend given to med students didn’t stretch very far. She had a brief, passing thought that maybe Dennis didn’t have a home for her to drive him to, but she tried to dismiss it. Of course Huckleberry had a home, right?

Or, 5 Times Trinity thought Dennis was homeless and 1 time she was proven wrong.

Summary
And then there were two.
Maybe, Jack thought for a fleeting moment, if he didn’t make eye contact, he might get out of this-
“I knew this was you,” Dana fumed. “The second I found out, I knew it had ‘Jack Abbot’ written all over it.”
“I didn’t tell him to get a motorcycle,” Jack argued, holding his hands up as Dana stomped around the desk to really glare at him properly. “He came up with that all on his own.”
--
Or: Robby gets his motorcycle and is over the moon about this decision, Dana is not, and Jack is speed-running all 5 love languages while attempting to save both their lives.
