Summary
Every time Dean had been on his knees for Cas, someone's life was on the line. Every time he had gazed up at him, lips parted and eyes pleading, their relationship just grew more and more complicated.
This time, however, was different. Pleasure rushed through his veins instead of pain, his eyes shined with unshed tears that stemmed from euphoria rather than grief, his lips that were once swollen from unforgiving hits were now plump and red from rough and unyielding kisses. Being on his knees for Cas, like this, was deliciously uncomplicated.
Dean had never considered himself a worshipful man, but being on his knees in front of a flushed and wanting Cas might just be what changes his mind.

Dean is doing his usual thing again: pretending to hold it together, even though he’s clearly already given up inside. That’s why Sam has forced down all his feelings about what happened with Amy. Right now, Dean is punishing himself enough on his own. Sam fears it wouldn’t take much for Dean to snap, lose control, and do something reckless enough to get himself killed.
Sam swallows hard, his throat suddenly dry. He knows that if he tries to bring anything up right now, he might say something harsher than intended that he would inevitably regret. But waiting for his brother to speak first is equally pointless. Because it won’t happen, Dean will drive, drink, and drive some more until something inside him finally breaks open. When that moment arrives, it will be a visceral explosion of all the pent-up fear and anger he’s been trying to keep locked away. It will be violent, messy, and unpredictable, a storm of emotions that could leave them both reeling.
“What about Bridgewater?” Sam says, scanning the highway as exit signs for Massachusetts start to appear. He keeps his voice quiet. “There's a lot of unverified lore about the place, and we’re not too far away. It could be worth checking out.”

Summary
The first thing he notices when Sam wakes up is the smell of mold. He blinks, trying to force away the dark spots in his vision. The room isn’t much brighter without them though. Sam can barely make out the rotting wooden walls with boarded up windows. He’s chained to the floor, which looks a lot sturdier than the crumbling walls. Sam’s head still feels light, and his vision tilts when he tries to sit up. The chains will only let him up about half way, so he ends up having to prop himself up on his elbows to look around.
There really isn’t anything else worth noting other than two doors. Reasonably with how small this cabin looks, and where the windows are placed, the one in front of him leads outside, and the one to the left is another room. Sam can also hear at least two people quietly talking in the other room. Sam twists his wrists to try to get a better look at the shackles and chains trapping him.
“What do you think we should do with him? Those other hunters said that they shot both Winchesters point blank, and now they’re alive again. The hunters aren’t. We have to do something that’s going to stick,” one voice says, speaking louder now.
