Peter Parker's life is going great. New school year, classmates old and new, relationship with Tony is improving much more since The Vulture, and being Spider-man's never been better. But the sudden Appearance of his worst enemy to date, The Sadistic Green Goblin causes problems. He's tearing New York apart piece by piece, and Peter can't figure him out. Plus his chaotic nature and unpredictability makes it hard to predict what he'll do next to the city of New York.
Worse, another new foe in the form of the unhinged Electro causes issues too, with him wanting to make people bow to him and want's the world to fear him. the goal of wanting to kill Spider-man so no one can take his power's makes him just as dangerous as the Goblin. Nothing can stop him or Goblin from hurting him.
With his genius cousin, Peni Parker moving in from Japan, he may have some help dealing with Electro and the Goblin. But with one being random with any move, and the other a ticking time bomb of death flying at him, Peter might be trapped in their deadly venom that they give out, and Spider-Man might be trapped in it before the game even begins.

Turns out, I can't do reaction thingies. So, instead, I'm just doing what I, (sort of, kinda, maybe not) do best: Making fics without much thought.
Peter Parker fights a giant man made out of sand, nearly gets himself killed by Vulture, matchmakers his best friend and his crush, befriends MJ and gets abducted by a random man who wants to find his 'equal', and gives his Aunt a figurative heart attack. When he woke up, it was in his bed at the Stark cabin. The room was dimly lit, a stripe of faint yellow light shining through the slit under his door and casting a few soft shadows over the space. Peter stared at the strip of light dumbly, wondering what conversation was waiting for him behind the door. He thought that he'd be perfectly fine not finding out; just staying in his room, ignoring that dreadful light and disappearing into soft shadows and empty ceilings, never having to worry about disappointed fathers and homey cabins again. But he didn't. He didn't manage to slip away into another world free of worries, and he found his mind drifting to the future waiting for him behind that door.

So when a mission goes wrong while helping the Bats and he gets trapped under a building with a little girl, it wasn’t shock that met him, but disappointment. He thought that just maybe, after moving into Gotham, that death would be but a forgotten name.
Wanting to turn a deaf ear to it for once and for all, he accidentally tunes out all the help that he’s given as well.
