It's all gone to shit, and Will Byers is at the center of the chaos in more ways than he ever realized. Revelations make it clear that his fate is tied with El, and with One/Henry; for better or for worse.
Can they work together and mend what has been broken? Will their resolve hold as they juggle a world ending apocalyptic invasion with the tedious, angst addled trivialities of teenhood? Confusion, confession, conflict. The team must work together to prevent the end of it all, once and for all.

Will Byers is thriving in college. He's finally free from monsters and being zombie boy, he's a whole new person after moving to New York City in September and everything is going great.
But there is something that bothers him. Mike hasn't talked to him since college started and he doesn't even know what campus he finally decided to go to. He's starting to worry that something might be wrong between them.
Mike Wheeler may or may not have gotten into the same college as Will, and he may or may not have told him yet. But don't ask him why because he's really confused and he really does not know.Or
After two months of not seeing each other despite being in the same college, Mike and Will run into each other at a party. Or well, more so Mike runs and Will stays in shock. After that, they can't stop running into each other all the time. Problem? Will has a boyfriend. And for some reason, Mike doesn't know how to handle it.
