“Don’t touch me,” Zenitsu says; a shuddering breath held between them when Enmu’s lips curl into a fond smile, rolling his eyes. “Darling, “don’t touch me,” isn’t something you’d reply with. Come on now.” He taps his finger against Zen’s cheek, the cold touch of the knife pushed closer to his neck.
“We’re playing a game, and it has rules. I’m sure you know what’ll happen if you break a rule…” he whispers, Zenitsu whimpering when he feels the blade against his throat, scraping over the blood from where Enmu has already cut him.He could so easily kill him, and there was nothing he could do.
