Izuku was quick to take in the students figure. They were a male with middle long black hair, really big eyebags [not that he could say much, he was legit using makeup]. The male person had red eyes and was really tired, but no visible quirk which meant that it might be a mental quirk or something close to thatOr
Midoriya Izuku is born the same year as Aizawa Shouta, Yamada Hizashi and Shirakumo Oboro and befriends them.
Midoriya Izuku has a mutant quirk where he is like a goat but hated for it.

Summary
Izuku's meeting with All Might goes slightly different, with All Might being a more perceptive hero and teacher he gives Izuku a chance to talk, he receives the help he needs along the way to becoming a hero. Izuku will struggle, and prove to everyone that a once quirkless child can be a hero. With the help he receives along the way from those around him and those he loves they will witness as a hero rises.

Quirkless/Quirk discrimination is a real and ever present thing in the world's quirked super hero society. Many metamorphs and those with "villainous quirk" are forced underground and all but banned by polite society. The quirkless community barely survives to adulthood, and those that do suffer greatly for their audacity. A secret online network rose to connect this group and help them find assistance and support. Behind the reigns of this forum stands a Naga with a medical degree and a chimera with a mind sharper than any human. Both discover a brilliant child and become hellbent to save them.
While being teased and pushed around is all Izuku experience before middle school, he is about to face a new world of cruelty and ignorance at Aldea Middle School. One can only smile in adversity for so long before that smile breaks.
Fresh from a divorce, Inko begins working as her son starts at a new school. With the new job and all the stress, Inko begins to change, be less present, and ignores far too much.
This is my rewrite of My Hero Academia, because I love the series and its characters. However, by the end, the original story felt lacking, and too much was achieved at the expense of one teenager.

'I have a healing quirk,' he lies, begging the boy with his eyes. Please, say yes. Please accept my DNA. 'It only works on others. Let me h-help you? I won't last.' Toshinori's words come more and more haltingly. He can feel cold darkness encroaching on his limbs already. He tilts his hand, just slightly, just enough to renew his offer to the boy. 'At-At least… Not long enough… For help to arrive in time.'

Yagi Toshinori gets caught in a building collapse in his powered-down form. As he lays dying and without a successor, he offers his quirk to a young boy who is trapped alongside him.
All Might never makes it out of the building. But Midoriya Izuku does.
With no parent and a new limb-breaking quirk, he becomes a ward of UA.
