Summary
When half the universe is snapped away in the blink of an eye, Peter Parker was just another name in the long list of the dusted. As far as anyone in his universe knew he was one of the many that simply stopped existing, but his healing factor's last ditch attempt to keep him alive changed his fate.
Now armed with new powers and unexplained anger, Peter Parker—more spidery than before—has to fight his way through a Gothic city filled with clowns, maniacs, and an oddly large amount of bats.

Steve smirked to himself. This kid would feel like a fly against him, he was sure of it.
Peter’s grin widened. “Oh, really? First time someone said they could handle my strength.”
Steve shrugged. “Attempt the punch whenever you’re ready.”
Peter launched forward. The moment his fist connected, Steve was blasted backward, through reinforced walls that would normally withstand a minor explosion, and landed hard on the floor some distance away.

Tony blinked twice, in disbelief at what he saw. A child, not even a teenager yet, was looking at him fearfully from behind the cell. "Oh shit.. guys, there's a child here."

Tony spoke first, “looks like we have some trolls in the city, other than Steve.” He joked, laughing at his own remark.
“Tony, focus.” Captain scolded, his grunt crackling through the comms.
Peter raised an eyebrow. “Trolls?” Even though they’ve fought aliens and all of the sort, things like this still made him pause. “Trolls as in… Trolls the movie?”
“Nope, these things are ugly. Not your colorful, happy trolls.” Clint answered.

“Wait kid!” And in that moment it came to him, “What if, what if we don’t forget you? What if we send you away?” Strange desperately called out.
“Mr.Strange… ” Peter had a sympathetic look in his eyes and Strange hated it. It wasn’t his life that was being destroyed, so why was Peter looking at him like the victim.
“Listen, I can send you somewhere there is no Peter Parker. There are an infinite number of universes, I can find one.” Strange said, more to himself than to Peter. And he knew this was dark magic, he knew he shouldn’t, but he didn’t care.
“I’ll send you there. Until I can fix this. Until I can bring you back.”
Or: Dr. Strange sends Peter to an alt universe where there are no Avengers, but they do have a thing called a Justice League. And sure Peter is homeless, but that doesn't stop him from being Spider-Man.

He knew he should’ve gone with his ‘I’m actually from a clan of assassins that kidnapped me when I was nothing but a mere baby’ instead of his ‘I’m from another planet, and crash landed on this planet when my own got destroyed’.
“Peter, you explained your ‘I’m from another planet’ lore to me for five hours straight.” Peter ignored Karen. Karen didn’t know what she was talking about. Karen had just been fixed and is a bit faulty. Yeah, Karen just needs some improvements. “Peter, you’re talking to yourself again. And I am not malfunctioning, I am working at 100%.” Peter groaned, running his hands down his face. Karen needs to shut up. Aside from that, he needs to learn some self-awareness, especially in this new universe. Also, what’s with this Bat Cult’s grudge against Tony? Peter hasn’t done or said anything that would paint Tony in a bad light, especially since the man is…dead.
“Peter, you have been unintentionally giving misunderstandings of Tony being a negligent and abusive father.” Karen really needs to shut up.

Peter knew he died on Titan, but as he wakes in a pit of goo, he is thrown into a world of chaos. Having to navigate the streets of Gotham, and dealing with the brain altering trauma of no longer being 24, stuck in his 16 year old body, Peter must fight for his life. Him befriending this universe’s superheroes was just a side quest to getting back to normal.

very stupid.As simple as that definition is, it seemed to apply to Peter a little too accurately when it came to hiding his identity. But! It wasn't his fault he was bad at lying - he was simply a good person (and Ned was just as bad). Or that he would unintentionally use his powers in public - you try being a mutant for a day!
Throwing himself out of a window in front of his entire class, however... was a little harder to excuse.
Alternatively,
Five times Peter wasn't too great at hiding his identity and the one time he really fucked up.

Summary
Peter lost his entire life in the span of a night. He lost Aunt May and Tony. He lost Ned and MJ. He lost Ms. Potts and Happy. He didn't know what to do anymore. Everyone was gone and he was all alone.
But he had to go on despite everything. Living became harder the older he got. At last he couldn't take it anymore. He needed to do something, anything.
In which Peter builds a time machine, becomes stronger and gets dumped into a alternate universe not in that order.
