“Little Wing?” Dick’s tone lost the harshness to it, as if sensing that Jason was teetering on the edge. He could always tell when Jason needed the grounding. He always knew. Could feel it from a mile away.
“Dick, I think…I think you have a son.”He closed his eyes, surrendering to the darkness. He forced his heartbeat to slow, and an eerie calmness washed over his thoughts. The last image that flickered through his mind was Aunt May’s lifeless eyes.
Peter hoped he wouldn’t wake up again.

Something in Strange’s gaze shifts — the first hint of a crease between his brows. He doesn’t buy it completely, but he’s listening now.
“You opened a cross-dimensional rift,” Strange says slowly, like he doesn’t believe Tim’s lie, “to look for your brother.”

Summary
Peter Benjamin Parker has been reincarnated as Peter Parker Grayson after the snap in Titan with his only memories of his last life being of anything relating to his powers, which he has yet to master.
Dick Grayson is given sole custody of Peter, after not having even known he has existed, by his last ex-girlfriend before she dies and now he's the active father of a two- soon to be three- year old.
Both now have to deal with Peter not knowing how to control his powers, and Dick not knowing how to raise a toddler.

Ladies and gentlemen, I warned you for months about the web-slinging menace plaguing our streets. Did anyone listen? Of course not. Now the Spider has crawled out of his little nest to terrorize Metropolis's finest citizens at Wayne Foundation's annual charity gala.
Eyewitnesses report the masked vigilante launched himself into the venue's rooftop pool, creating a tsunami that drenched hundreds of guests in designer gowns and ruined an estimated $2.3 million in evening wear alone. Priceless champagne towers? Destroyed. The string quartet's antique violins? Waterlogged. The dignified atmosphere? Shattered.
When our brave photographer attempted to document this outrage, the vigilante took him hostage. The noble Nightwing and child soldier Robin attempted to subdue the web-slinger, and failed spectacularly. Within seconds, both vigilantes had fallen in combat, leaving the Menace free to destroy his camera before vanishing into the night.
The MPD has yet to issue a statement, the Wayne Foundation has declined to comment. That Menace must be stopped. And if our so-called heroes won't do it, the Daily Bugle will.
