Summary
Owen's been coughing up flowers. He's accepted that there's no cure for this, that he'll die longing for the love of a man who is long dead.
Then petals turn silver by a pond in the woods, and as his lungs clear he's faced with the realization that it's no longer Lewis that holds his heart.

Summary
So. A vampire dressed as a vampire, walked into a library — he felt ridiculous. He'd usually preen from the fact that he's able to wear his old clothes, the attention on him today felt annoying. But his day turned sideways when his ears caught the sound of a thud — upon moving his gaze in the direction of the noise.
They were kneeling on the ground, hair and clothes wet, picking up pieces of paper which definitely look worse for wear. Then their blue eyes met his while standing up, nervous gaze, breaking eye contact to look around.
Scott had almost felt the bells echoing again — he knew that face— it was unmistakable. It looked untouched by the scars of vampirism, untouched by holy water, untouched by Goldsmith.
Like if time reversed the wounds, the memories, the fate that lied before him.
