Equestria is often viewed as a weak nation of pacifists, its more belligerent neighbors viewing the ponies as easy prey to have their magic stolen, lands pillaged, conquered as a ready supply of slaves, or even just devoured outright.
It was not always thus. In ages past, Equestria was a land of heroes and legends, of conflict and glory. In time, the Princess of the Sun learned to temper strength with mercy, power with forbearance, and righteous conviction with benevolence.
But now, centuries of relative peace are drawing to a close. Forces both within and without Equestria awaken, seeing a nation weak and easily toppled. Seeing a people grown fat on peace and luxury, who have long forgotten the hardships of conflict and the glories of war.
Woe betide to all who come to Equestria with ill intent. For in all these long years of peace, the Princess of the Sun has never forgotten the lessons of war, and their eyes watch over their beloved subjects with not only patience and understanding, but an implicit promise of protection.
The time will come soon, when those who would do Celestia's Little Ponies wrong will come to learn... That even an Empire of Mercy is still paved upon the bones of its enemies.

Summary

Meanwhile, Yuri and Chloe investigate the suspicious death of a fellow officer. Their search leads them to City Hall, where they find one man's unpaid taxes have somehow turned the building into a crowded, committee-filled labyrinth of excess paperwork, war-hungry couriers and firefighters, and rooms where time didn't move in a linear fashion.

Summary
This is basically just if you were to put FNaF, TF2, and Undertale together to make a shitty AU where everything is changed just enough to avoid a lawsuit. Medical Doctor (from Group Location 3), Large Weight (also from Group Location 3), and Sams Underpants (from the hit game Underpants by Tobias Vulpes Vulpes) are pretty explanatory I think, but they're just slightly different enough to where corpo lawyers couldn't touch me if I made this into a game. This is very much a shitpost, I don't expect anyone to actually get invested in this.

The foundation of a civilization is only as strong as the tools used to shape it. Cybertron's civilization is crumbling from the base. It may be too late to halt the collapse.
Something fundamental is missing. Something at the center is wrong. Two mecha orbit each other, as they should, but unstably, uncontrollably, unsustainably. Something is off-kilter, unbalanced, uncentered. Something is wrong.
