Viren.
Aaravos's first vision had been of him. Glimpses of him had inspired some of Aaravos's most wondrous endeavors, had encouraged him in times of need.
And now the threads of fate had brought the man to him. He stood before the mirror and glared at Aaravos with hard, untrusting eyes. Aaravos met his glower with a knowing smirk; he knew that despite his facade, despite years of bitterness hardening his heart, Viren had retained the same curious, determined spirit he'd always possessed. He wouldn't recoil from the darkness...and he wouldn't shy away from joining Aaravos in it.
All Aaravos had do was to earn his trust.
His heart would follow soon after.

Summary
In the past, they were adversaries. Then they were resurrected as allies. Now they must become closer if they wish to survive.

Summary
Formerly the Yusuke and His Nanny series, but the scope got bigger. (See: What the heck is The Loyal Retainer?)
This series includes the fancomic North Bound, the story of Hokushin and Raizen's adventures.
This is a collection of stories, illustrations and comics focused on Hokushin (predominantly Hokushin and Yusuke, but the timeline has increased to before the beginning of the series). Wide range of tone from serious to silly, straightforward to more experimental.
All stories tend to follow manga continuity first and anime continuity where appropriate, and draw from canon as much as possible, with a lot of nostalgia.
Each piece/chapter can be read on its own, though they will make reference to conversations and events in other pieces.
