Summary
“Are you offended that people think we’re dating?”
“No,” Mike says immediately. “Of course not,” because, again, he should be so lucky.
Will’s baffled expression does not change. “Then why would I be?”
“So– okay, fine, whatever. Should we, like, tell them to get their heads out of their asses and that we’re not– um– dating, or–”
“I think,” Will cuts in, “well. You know what would be funny?”
Honestly, Mike doesn't know what he thought being Will Byers' fake-boyfriend would entail, but he definitely didn't think it would involve this many ugly Christmas sweaters.

Summary
Regulus has always known he's destined to drown. He feels it deep in his chest, past his rib cage, nestled somewhere behind his organs. He feels it in his arm when his mother squeezes it a little harder than a mother should. He felt it, the water rising in his throat, when his brother slipped out the window and into the night. He often wonders if it'd be easier to just let himself sink.
He often wonders if he has a choice.
---
Regulus gets sent back to school with a mission from the Dark Lord himself— find the “beast in the chamber” and claim its fangs without killing it. But when a certain curly-haired bespectacled boy asks for a rather large favor, everything suddenly gets a lot more complicated.

Summary
Christmas 1979—danger, secrets, lies and their shared history looms large over the Blacks' first Yuletide season as a reunited family. While life as a fugitive proves bleaker (and more boring) than Regulus could have imagined, a botched espionage mission at Malfoy Manor draws Sirius deeper into the Black family web—and his cousin Narcissa's social set.
Meanwhile, Walburga hatches a daring scheme to restore her wild firstborn's damaged reputation in the family—finding him a suitable bride—while Orion grapples with the past, and the high price his two sons have paid for his inaction.

Summary
Clearly Arthur agrees, because he frowns in confusion. "I know that we don't speak about it often, but it can't be that shocking."
Elyan frowns. "Don't talk about it often? This entire kingdom does nothing but talk about it. Your father had it outlawed, Arthur."
What?
"Had it outlawed? Really?" Percival asks, and Leon's expression surely mirrors Arthur and Percival's. "I knew it was frowned upon, but I didn't think it was outlawed."
There's a beat of silence, where everyone is looking very confusedly at one another, and Leon is beginning to think that they're not all having the same conversation.

Summary
Arthur wasn’t sure what this charm would do, if anything, but he’d held it in his hands, and he’d pressed it to his lips, and he’d willed all of his strength and protection and fervent desire for Merlin to be okay into the metal.
He’d broken his father’s laws for Merlin, Uther’s one cardinal rule, and that had to count for something. Arthur just wasn’t sure what.
…
Arthur notices the cuts and bruises on Merlin’s skin and assumes the worst. Out of options, he turns to magic for help.
