“You can kill me,” Ronan says.
Adam eases up with his knife. A drop of blood beads at the swell of Ronan’s throat, just above the jut of cartilage which shares Adam’s name. Adam kisses away the blood, and then he kisses his way up to Ronan’s lips.
He whispers there, “Good.”
