You could save part of your stipend and any other money to put towards it. You’d have less loans, and many med schools would like to see a more ambitious application.”
“I don’t know if I can do this.” Adam said, so quietly he wasn’t sure if the others in the room would hear him. “I’ve already been accepted into Harvard. I don’t know if I’d choose Palmetto after that.”
“Does it sweeten a deal to know we are wanting to recruit Lynch as well?”

“Cibus pinguescens,” sang Opal softly. Ronan swatted at her hands, but it didn’t stop her from singsonging it again, louder.

Summary
Adam Parrish is infuriatingly Perfect. All the time. An impressive doctor, a very present father to his son, and the president of the parenting committee at Ronan's daughters kindergarten class. And he hates Ronan Lynch. And Ronan Lynch hates him right back.
When Adam requests him to be more present in his daughters class, Ronan's forced to spend time with the perfect asshole. When he expects disaster that ends in murder, he finds that Parrish isn't as bad as he thought.

As Gansey got older, he entered an era where he didn’t ever quite remember all of his dreams.
The Pearl came to him infrequently, and he never remembered all that much about falling asleep or waking up after. He had never dreamed of the Pearl around anyone else, and that made him wonder if it really was him, if he only ever caught glimpses of it where only he could see.
He never assumed that the Pearl was something he had built on his own. Gansey hated oysters, and he certainly wasn’t one, and the Pearl was a Pearl, so he couldn’t have built himself.This was far from a Welsh King, and yet somehow it held more space. This was no Glendower. Gansey would be the first to try and find the Pearl, and if he had anything to say about it, he would find it, and be the last.

Summary
The summer after high school, after Glendower and a contentious will-they-won't they relationship, things finally seem to be settling in for Ronan, Adam, and Kavinsky.
Ronan has brought Adam - and sometimes Kavinsky - to live at the Barns. It's a return to the home he used to know... with the new relationships and people who love him... But he's got plenty to learn about his own boundaries and feelings, specifically why he chooses to stay when everyone else moves on.
Adam always knew what would come after Glendower, after magic, and especially after high school... But now he wonders if he's still as set on his plans as he wants to be. He's not sure how much he misses magic or if his future can handle the answer... and if he's discounted other things the same way.
In theory, Kavinsky's got everything he could want or need... But he can never leave well-enough alone. He's stuck in a balancing act: nurturing his relationships and his selfishness, reconciling his past and looking forward. The only thing that might settle it is finding out how he'd got there in the first place...which is easier said than done when the answer could make him lose it all.
