The year Kagura turned 17, she was brought to an important Yato meeting by her father along with her elder brother. There she learnt that the population of Yato people might not be that small as it was once thought. After the desertation of Kouan, most Yatos left, scattered out in the universe. Many of them still chose to fight, but later some grew tired and sick of that, settled down with other humanoid alien species on other planets, and their descendants start losing those distinctive race traits, becoming more of ordinary and less "yato-like"...it made the more pure-bred Yatos wonder if those could still be counted as Yato, and Yorrui was considered a very representative example out of that.
