About how there are determinatoxin addicts that fill the streets, violence and bloodshed at every corner, etc. One day, while Dess was out late at night. She decided while Dess was out that she wanted to see the world for herself. It couldn't be as bad as Dess told her, right? Especially all of that sick stuff about "The Reaping Rook", the mass organ failure epidemic that rose to power the big tyrannical company, HeartCo, it can't be AS bad as she says it is. Right?
