Percy is watching tv, their beloved TV show supernatural and find out Dean Winchester dies a horrible death, the way he dies was unacceptable. They can't handle it and deny it, when they go back to season 13 and started watching the end over again. When they touch the Tv they're zapped to the reality of supernatural. When they realize when and where they are they decide they're going to change it and save everyone. Can they manage to save Dean and Sam or will it all be for nothing?

Dean reached out to rub the front of Castiel’s pants. “And now we wait,” he repeated, biting his bottom lip and looking up at Cas through his lashes.
Cas smirked. “Oh, you know exactly how you look, don't you, boy?”
Dean blinked and licked his lips. “Whatever do you mean, sir?"
Castiel hummed and ran a hand through Dean’s hair before pulling to tilt his head back. Dean’s head tipped back and let his mouth fall open and his tongue hang out oh so slightly.
“My little tempter.” The Dom let the other man go and stepped back. “Go ahead. Get on your knees.”

In the winter, Dean takes a job for Jody’s friends, fixing up their old inn and looking after it for the season.
Time moves forward, but Cas is always on Dean’s mind. He’s going to get him back, and he’s going to say what he needs to say.

And with that everything goes dark and cold. The darkness and rot of souls and bodies surrounds them. He doesn’t dare touch Jack again, just stares at his lifeless body lit only by unnatural moonlight. He’s vaguely aware of the threat slowly encircling them, but none of it matters. Nothing matters anymore. Somewhere, something deep inside of him-not his earthly body but his true angel self-awakens. It’s a type of power and heat he hasn’t felt in years. It’s uncontrollable and unforgiving. Light and righteousness and fury coalescing into something terrifying. Castiel lets out a scream, an anguished cry from his human mouth and a piercing angelic shriek, and with it releases whatever it was that had been growing within him. When he feels it leave, his consciousness finally returns to the present, to the Earth and to his vessel and to Sam and Dean and to Jack and it’s light out again. The sun is shining just as it was minutes ago, and there is no sign of any dark forces around them. No ghosts, no zombies, no demons, just two men, an angel, and the body of a dead Nephilim.
