Recent legends speak of a powerful crew of pirates. Pirates who would pierce your eardrums with the sound of their screams. According to word of mouth, they could dig through wood and solid metal with nothing but a mere shovel and disoriented adversaries with clever tactics. Others said they shot cannons erratically and at random, and through some miracle had managed to tame a crocodile.
No one knew who these pirates were, nor how many people were aboard their ship, referred to by the public as The Loose Cannon, and nobody wanted to find out.
The lesson behind these stories is simple: Those who travel the seas, be wary of the one and only Kinder-Pirates.

Summary
After the events of Kindergarten 2, Kid is left with a difficult choice to make. Yet he makes the choice getting Monty and Carla to rebuild Penny.
Thus Penny is able to attend kindergarten on Wednesday. Of course considering the events that occurred during Tuesday, Penny doesn’t have many friends. So she sets out to make some new ones. One new friend she makes being the alligator obsessed Davey. Who eventually becomes quite close with Penny.
Of course things are not quite as they seem, so the children must band together again to investigate the mutated animals that wander the school. As well as see what is up with the janitor, mysteriously turned principal, Regis.

When Monty had asked Carla if she wanted any assistance walking home, after all, they lived quite close together and the town wasn’t necessarily the safest. The issue of neither of their parents being bothered to come pick them up, even after the recent kidnappings, lingered in the air. Carla accepted, as much as she didn’t want to admit it, she was scared of being kidnapped. At least if Monty went with her, she could offer him as bait and run. His hopeful and bright expression was a bit stupid to her, yet it brought a weird feeling to her chest she couldn’t quite place.
