Sus ojos observaron detalladamente el espejo, y un niño sucio le regreso la mirada. Esa era la imagen que le devolvía el espejo. Su piel, normalmente pálida, tenía ahora un tono cetrino, resultado de meses de inanición y exposición a la intemperie. Sus huesos se marcaban bajo la fina tela de la sudadera negra que le había enviado su padre con unos tipos extraños formados completamente de huesos, seres del Inframundo, hace dos años en su cumpleaños, prendas holgadas que no lograban ocultar su delgadez. Se sentía ligero, casi transparente, pero en sus ojos había una chispa de malicia que no se podía apagar. Era una aberración, un error de la naturaleza, y le gustaba, un perfecto contexto para un villano del futuro.
Su padre… ¿Estaría orgulloso de esto? La pregunta resonó fría en su mente. Lord Garmadon. La sola mención de ese nombre evocaba una mezcla de temor y una punzada de anhelo, un deseo desesperado de reconocimiento que nunca llegaba.

After her death, the First Spinjitzu Master gives Harumi a chance to redeem herself- By sending her back in time to when Lloyd had with no one to turn to and be the siblings they could've been.

Lloyd pondered what he said as they made their way up the hill. Zane was right, as powerful as the Green Ninja powers were, they may not be able to keep him safe in the Final Battle. From his dad.
Lloyd was brought out of his spiralling thoughts when the two finally reached the top of the hill, the skyline view of Ninjago City clear before them.
And even though the sight was becoming increasingly familiar to him as he and Zane went on more of these hikes, as well as them living on a flying ship, it never failed to fill him with awe.

Not Lloyd-centric, since it revolves around several characters.
What if the ninja, before Lloyd or Nya joined, died and became Spirits to watch over Ninjago? A long, long time before Lloyd ever came to be, and Nya is cursed to never age until she reunites with her brother.
She thinks it's impossible due to the fact that he's dead. She doesn't know about the Spirits, since none have found them.
The first to find them, can claim them, after all.
Lloyd's 'parents' are dead, and he roams the street as an eight-year-old orphan. A nice guy named Morro gives him food when he can, but his adoptive father doesn't like the street urchins...(Could alternatively be known as Ninjago: Guardians)

There are a lot of ways you can die in the man-made apocalypse.
First off, the soldiers, with their guns and freaky brain chips. Secondly, the noxious gases they spray, and mainly, from infection and starvation and dehydration mixed into an awful stew.
But if you’re like the unlucky bastard Lloyd Garmadon, you can dramatically pretend you almost died from slamming your head against some street pole.

Destiny should’ve chosen him, thinks a lone young man dressed in green as he lays awaiting his oncoming demise. The colours of his clothing would never be enough compared to the prestige of the title that was never his to begin with.

Lloyd Garmadon was left at darkley boarding school for bad boys at a young age, he grew up there, he was molded by darkleys, he remembers seeing his own father fighting a girl named harumi on TV, he remembers the distraught he felt when no one came to pick him up even though his father was cured from the evil in his blood and became a sensei, he remembers the heat from when the fire started in the classroom, he remembers how it spread to the old wooden walls etched with the memories of the past students faster than anyone could put it out, he remembers the pain of the wooden support beam falling on his arm crushing it, he remembers the smell of burning flesh, he remembers how he barley survived and how he ran away, he remembers the struggle to live on the street, but that was years ago, Lloyd Garmadon was no longer a small child, he was now a 17 year old raising 2 small children who he adopted, Arin had his parents kidnapped and Sora was in a abusive household, they now live in stiix where Lloyd is happy, until he receives news that his father with the ninja are looking for him and trouble follows
