Harri Potter bloody hates Fate so MUCH.
After getting her parents killed, then being taken in by abusive relatives, sold multiple times to disgusting beings that she couldn't even call humans, getting physically deformed to which her magic reacted to, years of playing oblivious to several manipulation schemes surrounding her whilst plotting their own downfall, and FINALLY getting herself free from all manipulations by doing the impossible task of fully vanquishing Voldemort by her third year and exposing every lies to the public, she just had to- She. Just. HAD. To. Become. The. Master of Death.
And of course, EVERYBODY knows that the title to being the Master of Death would also bring her the responsibility of answering a parallel universe's summoning. It was DEFINITELY obvious to anybody. Which, of course, made it obvious as to why she was suddenly summoned to another dimension to help the Light and their Harry Potter defeat the Dark Lord there.

Summary
Harry Potter is the Master of Death, and thus, immortal. Every couple thousand years, he'll let himself reincarnate into a new dimension. This dimension is quite similar to his first one, except he has a twin brother, and the Voldemort in this world is willing to give up everything he's worked for, as long as Harry teaches him magic.
And Harry? Harry just likes annoying Voldemort with memes, vines, and Potter Puppet Pals.
