Horizon Talbot hadn't anticipated that their world could be rebuilt so hastily after it had be torn apart, but when a new government-funded organisation take root and offer jobs to all those with scientific experience, you have to take it. If not for the curiosity of seeing what happened to all the "Big Bad"s in the forest, then to have a stable income to recover from... Whatever the hell had happened.
