First time as John is dying. Can't save him, but can save his soul. Snapped the guilt that could have dragged him down for not getting to see Chloe grow up. Chloe sees feathers when he leaves.
Second time, preggo with Trixie. She's weak and unlikely to survive full term. Gives a mere ounce of what a star can be, to give her enough of a boost to survive and be born. Chloe sees/felt the Light coming from Lucifer
Third time, exactly a year after Trixie was born. She doesn't know what helped her baby live, but she know something did. She thanks him and asks that if something happens to her, that he won't let Trixie be alone, that he'll be there for her, stay with her
This starts her praying-conversating with him long term, he learns about her life. She doesn't know if he hears it, but she still reaches out. And he hears all of it
Oh? Seems like she's able to somewhat feel that he is listening to her(Text added later for timeframe, Trixie turning six. Chloe told him every single year and this time she missed. Trixie prays)
