But, then something awful happens, he's attacked and every mean word people say about him echoes, and the roof edge is right there. In his desperation, his quirk finally activates, bringing him the family he wanted and a quirk to boot. Splinter is just trying to get the turtles to bed after coming home injured from the battle nexus, when something catches his interest, a sort of 'call' and a portal slowly forming under his feet. He only just has enough time to grab his boys before they are dumped into a new world full of new problems.

Summary
Second genders are crucial in this world, and not having one means that something is wrong with their body. Labeled as ‘Genderless’, people ostracise and keep away from them because they are deemed unhealthy and useless to society.
Diagnosed as ‘Genderless’ at the age of 13 when he never presented, Izuku is abandoned by his father and his closest friend, Kacchan, tells him that he isn’t good enough to be friends with him. Izuku still follows him around until it hurts too much, and he realises he needs to let go.
It’s a rare occurrence, a rare phenomenon, but it does happen; Izuku suddenly presents as a Prime Omega. Katsuki knows his desire for Izuku has never been about his gender, but his stupid ass has hurt the only person he has ever loved. Now, he plans to court the fuck out of Izuku and prove to him that he truly wants Izuku. Not just because of his damn gender, but because he’s Midoriya Izuku.

Katsuki’s immaturity bites him back in the ass and now he plans to court the fuck out of Izuku, fighting against the other Alphas who are also eyeing for his Prime Omega.

Summary
Becoming a vigilante was never supposed to be anything more than a way to train for becoming a hero. But now that he is here… he might as well help out as many people as he possible can. Sure, maybe he'll just get in the heroes' way and maybe he ended up helping a few criminals a long the way, but he wasn't going to give up!
Becoming a hero was what he lived for, after all. Without that… What was even the point? What was the point of anything?
It shouldn't be too hard. He just needed to cover himself up, not speak in case anyone recognised his voice, and avoid using his quirk when people could see it. That, at least, he could do. All he needed to do was lay low and avoid getting into unnecessary situations.
Easier said than done. He seemed to draw in unnecessary situations.
