I am not sure what else to do, I want to have someone to talk to but feel like I have no one to turn to. I feel like I'm drowning in silence and spending too many hours stuck inside my head. I was struck by the idea of writing everything out of what I desperately want to say, like what Charlie does in Perks of Being a Wallflower. I feel like this would at least help a tiny bit and wanted to actually give it a shot.
Around this time last year I was admitted to the hospital and kickstarted started my journey of my new normal of trying to live with Chronic Illness. I have Lupus and this will be my ramblings of how it radically wrecked my life. In short I wont get better just better at managing it.
