“Hey, you made it!” He jumped at the call from behind him.
He whipped around to see a man he recognized from their Zoom call. Voluminous chestnut hair, only a bit longer than most guys would typically wear theirs. Broad shoulders that weren’t out of place on his frame. An undeniably handsome man in a henley with black sweats walking toward him with a grin. “Yeah, barely.” He said, leaning back and earning not one, but two pops.
The man he knew to be Steve Harrington lets out a hearty laugh. “Well let’s get your shit upstairs before you drop dead on me.”

Robin’s caught up on the fact that they’ll all be here for another year. As much as she loves Steve, she was worried it would just be the two of them left in Hawkins while everybody else moved on. Robin had assumed that Chrissy would go off to college somewhere out of state like Nancy, and Robin had imagined that Eddie would follow her. They had been inseparable since they’d woken up in the hospital; Robin can’t imagine they’d do well with too much distance. The same might be said of her and Steve, in all fairness. Regardless, it’s nice to know that she’s not the only one who feels this way, who needs time. Chrissy and Eddie deserve a break before they go to school, if that’s what they decide to do. Robin thinks she does, too.
This is a fic about Steve, Robin, Eddie, and Chrissy taking some time to heal and build a life together. It's also a lot of me indulging my headcanons about them with very little plot going on.
This fic is on hiatus at the moment, which is to say, I'll be updating sporadically rather than on a weekly basis. It's not abandoned, but I've not really been active in Stranger Things spaces lately, and updates will likely be quite slow.Monthly updates.Series
