Summary
After Gideon was arrested, a lot of work had to be done on the shack to make it presentable for the Grand Reopening. Dipper knew that all the construction was necessary, but it didn't make it fun to be around. Luckily, he had the greatest sister ever, who stole him away from all the noise and sawdust for a chill adventure in the woods.
What was supposed to be a day adventure, a monster of the week at most, soon took a turn for the slightly more serious when Dipper and Mabel stumbled upon a magical river that most definitely hadn't been there the day before. The two of them getting whammied was bad enough, but soon the whole town started feeling the effects.
After all, what are you supposed to do when nearly everyone you know suddenly transforms into monsters?

This is very self indulgent- this fandom is so smart and I just need some dumb fanfiction!!
So this is Mabel's journal! basically just a retelling of most of the episodes but with added gems and details
I'm going to focus more on the added gems and little subplots than the main plots of episodes cus you already know what happens in the episodes!
The chapters are very short because i wanted them to feel like diary entries
