Summary
Or something like that. An average trip to Tartarus turns into an utter disaster in seconds. But don't worry, even in the darkest of times when everyone's scattered under crazy status effects in a twisted tower full of mysterious monsters born of the human psyche, there is a light of hope and newborn love that beckons like a lighthouse out to the dark sea, except you're probably not at risk of drowning if the boat sinks and this ship definitely isn't sinking any time soon and... wait, where was I going with this?

"Then I saw a girl run into the ocean and drown herself. She looked possessed, and—” Ferdinand was cut off from elaborating when Hubert started listing commands. His voice was cold and firm and so familiar.
“Listen to me. Do not go outside. Do not look outside, under any circumstances. I don’t care who’s dying, who’s screaming for help. You help no one.”

Summary
Hermione wanted to be seen, and not saved.
She never expected Draco Malfoy to be the one to see her.
“Come on Granger, you’ve got this.” He said.
A small hand wrapped around his wrist, surprising him, and a small, cracked tone came out of her mouth, “How?”
“Say that again.” He was aware he was begging.
And he didn’t know he had shifted so close to her. That his forehead was on hers until her brown eyes flew open, and her breath was hot against his cheek. He didn’t know that her hands were wrapped around her wrists, or that his heart quite possibly stopped.
And that it started again when she asked, “How do I have this Draco?”
It was maybe that she had never once called him Draco, that it had always been Malfoy. Maybe it was the way she said it, or maybe it was because she was asking him how to survive. How to make it out of whatever dark world she had found herself in.
