You know, there is something about the whole "Gibbs shot Hernandez in revenge for the murder of his wife and daughter" - Why on earth did Gibbs shot him with his OWN sniper rifle, which he didn't even bother to get rid of? Why didn't he buy an illegal rifle in Mexico and ditched it after having used gloves, so no fingerprint could be traced back to him or simply destroyed it? Why would Gibbs be this stupid? 🤷 It's honestly like he's begging to be caught. I mean, at least, report the rifle stolen a couple of weeks, before you decides to commit premeditated murder with said rifle. He honestly shouldn't have been that difficult to bring down for Marcy.
