Summary
Kota has hated the entirety of this super human society since it took his parents away from him when he was only 4 years old. He couldn't stand heroes, not a single one (well, okay, maybe one.) He barely even tolerated his aunt and that was because he had to live with her, and little did Mandalay know that Kota, being a rebellious 15 year old, decided he could do something a bit more useful with his time than go to school. After all, who needed to sit at a desk for 7 hours when you could run around a city saving people and terrorizing heroes? Kota just called it community service.
Turns out a U.A. high school work study student didn't quite have the same perspective he did. Because as the hero, Rewind---also (Legally) known as Eri Chisaki (Hey, wasnt that the name of some Yakuza guy?)---chased him around the city, determined to put a stop to his antics, the pair would never stop to think that maybe they were more similar than they thought.
Turns out having the same favorite hero was a great conversation starter.

“Why are you the one calling me then?”
“Bakugou…” His voice lingered.
“Spit it, Eijiro.”
“His car fell off the road.”
“I fucking knew something was wrong!” Bakugou jumped to his feet and started heading to the front door. He put the call on speaker so he could order a cab from his phone while he talked to Kirishima. “What hospital are they taking him in?”
But he wasn’t met with an answer.
“Oi, Eijiro! What hospital?”
“They- they’re not… They are not taking him to the hospital.”
Bakugou froze. That could only mean two things. And one of those could already be discarded considering Izuku hasn’t called him to say that he’s gotten into a car accident, but he was okay. It’s just that the other option… No. It couldn’t be, right? Right?After a tragic accident, Bakugou defies fate to bring Deku back to life. But when Deku returns with no memory of their past, they must navigate the complexities of their changed relationship.

One where they are not the statistically improbable, sweet and spicy soulmate duo. No, in this world, Fate had other plans for Izuku Midoriya. Those plans centered around one very clearly hurt and malnourished girl his age with red eyes, silver hair and a horn whom had bumped into him while running away from the man that Izuku's current 'mentor' was currently investigating. Izuku sometimes wondered if he wasnt actually born quirkless, and actually just had a quirk that made him a trouble magnet. Well, at least he met his soulmate thanks to it. Wait, his soulmate?
So basically, i really liked the worldbuilding and lore about soulmates from Zero-verse and was recently reading some aged-up eri fics and this idea came to mind. Please read that series before reading this because I wont be explaining as in-depth as that story does when it comes to some of the finer details. probably. thats a problem for future me though. but also read it because its freaking amazing. so amazing I wrote a fanfic of that fanfic.
