Summary
Night city is a place will all kinds of people, from corrupt corporate rats, to morally grey street thugs, and yet, this city of dreams can push anyone not in the one percent to desperation, and even death.
Lots of desperate people become mercs in order to survive, but to those that live longer than most will carve a path for themselves, with dreams of becoming a legend. Desperate people like Isaac Cordwell, a man who's lost way too much and will stop at nothing to force Night City to remember him.
After the loss of his sister, Isaac forced himself to become a mercenary in order to get by, yet as each day passes, he has to face increasingly difficult odds as he adds more cyberware into his body and he meets people that make him question his own mind. In this city of dreams, where there are no happy endings, there's no way this will go well for anyone.

A comic originally started in December of 2021, from a series of doodles that formed into a story about a sad little puppet salesman as the victim in a toxic and abusive relationship with a human teenager. Drawn and written by hand on paper, scanned with one of the shittiest scanners known to man, formatted in a way similar to webcomics or newspaper comics in which each page or strip would be their own installment. From now on, updates will be posted as they are completed, and will probably be much less frequent. I will try my best. In the meantime, I will be uploading my other comic to help tide people over. It's worse than this one.
Any coloring (there's not much) is by normal_author.

This project isn’t about rewriting the movie.
It’s about exploring the idea — the one that got buried under studio decisions and compromises and the executive meddling. I love Toons, I love hand‑drawn animation, and I believe animation is a medium capable of depth, emotion, and adult storytelling. That’s the spirit I’m working from.
