The End has come.
All three worlds fell to the power of the Quincy King, Yhwach.
If he had killed him earlier, if he had been more prepared, Kurosaki Ichigo would have been able to save the world that was now destroyed.
But the Hogyoku was there to fulfill his wish. If Ichigo wanted to protect the world, then he would, but not this world.
Ichigo is sent to another dimension with differences and similarities. Starting with the fact that he is in the past and he already existed there as Shiba Ichigo. His new body didn't have that much power but luckily, he brought his powers with him. And he was an Omega.
Ichigo had to fight all this and prepare for war against Yhwach, who seems to be getting ahead of his plans.

I wanted to read something else that resembled the original work, but I didn't find anything and the idea didn't come out of my head, so here we are.

Los tres mundos cayeron ante el poder del Rey Quincy, Yhwach.
Si lo hubiera matado antes, si hubiera estado más preparado, Kurosaki Ichigo habría podido salvar el mundo que ahora estaba destruido.
Pero el Hogyoku estaba allí para cumplir su deseo. Si Ichigo quería proteger el mundo, entonces lo haría, pero no este mundo.Ichigo es enviado a otra dimensión con diferencias y similitudes. Empezando por el hecho de que está en el pasado y ya existía allí como Shiba Ichigo. Su nuevo cuerpo no tenía tanto poder, pero por suerte, trajo sus poderes con él. Y era un Omega.
Ichigo tuvo que luchar contra todo esto y prepararse para la guerra contra Yhwach, que parece estar adelantándose a sus planes.

The alphas scent seemed to calm the more ichigo spoke with his soothing voice, combined with the scent he was omitting, cinnamon, pine and vanilla.

Aizen's seals are weakening from his immense power. Ichigo discovers himself to be an Omega, so Central Forty-Six leaps at the idea to bond Alpha and Omega together to prevent Aizen from destroying Soul Society, as he cannot pursue godhood if he is tied mentally, physically, and emotionally to Ichigo Kurosaki.
Oddly, Aizen seems to want this. Ichigo is less convinced, leading to them debating the merits of the solution.

Omegas are hard to come by. Even before being declared vulnerable minority, there was always fewer Omegas in a population than Betas or Alphas.
When people think of Kurosaki Ichigo and wonder about his presentation, Omega isn't even in the ballpark. He's fiercely protective, aggressive, some even say violent. Even his (non-existent) delinquency is a for sure sign that the 15 year old will be an Alpha when he presents.
He's not even sorry to disappoint those who only assume things of him. He's an Omega. How he knows this when he hasn't even presented yet?
He has presented, pretty early for a human. Hiding the fact that he's an Omega is an advantage he will never afford to lose.
Ichigo has a goal for his life. Leave that awful place he hasn't called home in five years and take his sisters with him.
Then, his world turns inside out and he's now a Shinigami. It gets so much harder to keep himself together when he has to save the world now.
Fortunately, the people he fights with are ready to fight tooth and nail to keep him together. It'll take a miracle to get it inside his hardheaded, oblivious brain.
