He spins the chair around and sits on it, chest pressed on the backrest and his legs sprawling on either side.
“Why you ask?” He speaks. Izuku watches as his navy-blue eyes gaze at him, his jet-dark, wavy hair leaning to one side as he tilts his head. “Because of your quirk, of course. You have an extraordinary healing power, one that you will be using for our purposes.”
Izuku’s world seems to clear slightly upon hearing those words, eyes widening in shock. “My q’irk…”
Healers are rare, and none are more gifted than Izuku Midoriya. Heroes seek him out, eager to make his power a safeguard for society. But villains covet him too, their motives far darker. When faced with such extraordinary talent, they’ll stop at nothing to claim it—that power—no matter how agonizing it may be for him.

Izuku wrestles with the crushing pressure of the upcoming war, and the strain sets Danger Sense ablaze, blaring loud and relentless. Overwhelmed, he hides and lets himself loath in his own struggles, but All Might won't let that happen. He won’t, at all cost, let his boy suffer alone.

She’s talking to him kindly, smiling at him with care. But she doesn’t approach him, doesn’t reach out to touch, or come closer to pick him up.
And little baby Neito shrinks into himself even further. “Get cold.” he mumbles around the finger still in his mouth.
His mother nods and turns away satisfied. “See? It’s simple. He just needs warmer pajamas, maybe a cozy blanket and some fuzzy stuffies to hold. Everyone just calm down.”
And everyone does.
And little baby Neito learns to keep the empty hole in his chest a secret.

Shota sneers at the teenager across from him. His defense raises like the hairs on the back of his neck as he glares steadily, ready and waiting for whatever will come from this encounter. He narrows his gaze when the teen shifts; just the thought of sharing this rooftop with Japan's most notorious villain makes his skin prickle. “Deku.”
“Y-yes!” the teenager cries out in relief, taking a small step towards Shota, “I’m Deku! I’m so g-glad you—”
“Deku,” Shota growls darkly, flicking out his capture weapon hastily to snag the villain before he can make his move. He's quick to tug it taut, leaving no room for Deku to escape. “You’re under arrest.”
“I-I’m what?! W-wait!”

Hero Course student Izuku comes to the realization that he is definitely not where he's supposed to be.

Done! Wow! What an incredible fic!! I love it so much!! Like omg!!! Izuku gets transported to an alternate dimension where he is a villain. He meets Aizawa who at first thinks is the feared villain. But they soon bond and I love the dadzawa in here!! Also the twist with villain Deku was so good and realistic!! I love it! I highly recommend this fic!

'Once he's a little more present, Izuku's not quite sure how long that takes which is quickly starting to become annoying but the thought drifts away before he can really comprehend it, he speaks, "It doesn't feel real."
The quiet droning of Aizawa's calming voice stops before starting again, but this time Izuku is able to understand what he's saying, although it takes him a moment to process, "What doesn't?"
He shrugs, "Everything."'

God! I love this fic so much! One of the first mha fics I read and I came back recently to re-read it and I loved it even the second time around. I love how the author describe the effects of the quirk. It’s just so vivid! Will definitely come back for a third read cause it’s that good!

Summary
Katsuki still hates Deku, sometimes.
He's not sure if it's a leftover effect of hero training and work or just the overflow of Deku's original nature, but the split second movement beats even Katsuki's reaction time. The man trips, body tipping, and then a growth from his head swings out at Katsuki.
Deku sticks his hand in the way.
The heat of it stings Katsuki's stomach, a fire that won't go out. Deku thinks he's a great hero, hah? But it isn't enough just to take the hit—you have to win afterwards too.
Now Deku is kneeling, not moving, while the villain holds some kind of lazer contraption to his head. And whatever he was trying to stop is about to happen to Katsuki anyway.

OH MY GOD!!! What an incredible fic this was!! I love this AU and the way this story portrayed it was just incredible. Getting to see how Izuku grew into the amazing healer he is was amazing and poor boy sure went through so much. I love the angst in this story and everything else about it. I’m so glad I found this fic and gave me a new love and appreciation for the healer Izuku AU. I will forever hold this fic in my heart!
