Summary
“-is ridiculous,” Alex mumbles, because even if he is a second away from passing out, he’ll have something to say, and Henry loves him for it. For all the silence that Henry has fostered for years, out of the confidence that filling it with anything else would tear his carefully curated life down, Alex was the sole counteract. “It doesn’t matter. Our house will never have a tufted headboard-”
Henry almost chokes.
Frankly, he can barely remember what they were discussing and what it is that Alex continues to speak about as if he had not just stitched together every broken fragment of Henry’s chest and torn it out, too.
Our house.
_____________________________________________________________________________________In which Henry realizes that Alex is falling in love even before the trip to Austin.

Trouble sleeping?”
He ignores the voice for a few moments before turning to look at Nick Fury. “I slept for seventy years, sir. I think I've had my fill.”
“Then you should be out, celebrating, seeing the world.”
He’s tired of that sentiment. Everyone wants him to go on an adventure and live the wildest life he can as if he hasn’t lost his sense of purpose, or as if he’s not going to wake up drenched at an ungodly hour in the night. Celebrate what, exactly? His return from the dead?

Summary
As Jason stood there, staring at the Wayne Manor front door, pristine envelope clutched in hand—he wondered if he should go through with this at all. Maybe he should just give it to Alfred, and have him pass it along to Bruce. Or slip it under the door and run. Better yet, maybe he should come back another day—
Jason shook his head. No. He said he would do this. He promised himself. Another chance.
For his own sake. For Bruce’s. Maybe Dick was right; maybe it was okay to hope.
Jason takes on his biggest challenge since his Red Hood debut: pursuing a college degree.

Summary
Six-year-old Dick Grayson was crouched on the edge of the roof, holding a half-eaten churro like a grappling hook, cape flapping in the wind.
“I’m on patrol,” Dick said seriously. “Crime never sleep.”
Jason walked slowly toward him, hands raised like approaching a wild animal. “Neither do I, apparently.”
Dick pointed dramatically at a raccoon in the alley. “Suspicious activity. He stole that hot dog.”
Jason glanced at the raccoon, who hissed.
He sighed. “You’re not wrong. But you’re grounded.”
“I’m Batman. Batman is never grounded.”
Jason pinched the bridge of his nose. “I raised a menace.”

Summary
“Jason’s been… de-aged.”
There's a long, thick moment of silence.
Dick’s brain does not— will not— process the word.
He stares at the phone like it’s just said something in a language he doesn't speak.
De-aged.
The word sits there, heavy and wrong, refusing to connect to anything meaningful. His brain skids around it, searching for context, logic, a punchline— anything that makes sense.
It doesn't find one.
“...What?” He finally says, his voice flat despite how hard his pulse has started to thud in his ears.
Bruce doesn't answer right away.
Jason gets turned into a toddler and it's up to Dick to take care of him.

Summary
Dick turns to start running the shower. He’s sweaty and caked in blood. “Need anything else?” Jason asks, rolling the bloody gloves off his hands and dropping them in the little trash can that sits between the sink and the toilet. “Pain killers?”
“There should be some in the medicine cabinet.”
Jason pulls on the little mirror above the sink, revealing the clutter that Dick’s never really bothered to clean out. “Jesus Christ, dude,” Jason chides, “do you ever throw anything away?”
-----
Jason patches up an injured Dick and then roots around in his medicine cabinet. He learns more about his brother than either of them was prepared for.
