Summary
All Charlie wanted to do was hang out with some old high school buddies and then chill out at home with his roomates, so how the heckin sludge did he end up stuck in a ugly patterned prison with a stern talking dude (who smells like he hasn't had a shower in years), as a guide and a boombox carrying, feral (and annoying at first), kid?!
Or, Charlie Slimecicle is noclipped into the backrooms and ends up partnering with Ranboo and Tommy. They must work together to find a way out or otherwise, die trying.

UPDATE: In light of the recent events, I will no longer be including Wilbur in any of my works (this will most likely extend to Ghostbur). However, I want your guys' opinion. Should I delete/edit any chapters including him? (I.E delete the first chapter since it's just about him, and edit any of the others to replace him with a different character.)

Summary
Out of all of the possible jobs you could get in the beautiful city of Manburg, the best you could possibly hope for would be a position in the hero’s tower. Though being in the town square, close to the town hall and other villain targets, it’s oddly peaceful inside the tower. There could be a villain-hero fight just outside the doors, hell, even in the lobby and nobody aside from those in the fight could be bothered. The security is fantastic, none of the staff (aside from the heroes who get into fights) ever get hurt. Good hours, great pay, amazing benefits, it’s the perfect job!
At least that’s what the brochures sat on the counter said, from the parts Tommy was able to read from his spot behind the cash register of a trendy-looking bookstore. Don’t be mistaken, Tommy loves his job, he thinks it’s amazing, and his boss is very kind.

He thought the Dream SMP would be different. They thought the worst of people after all.

Tubbo notices how Ranboo is still leaning against the counter, staring at the juice and gripping the glass tightly. Tubbo felt the urge to say a stupid quip like ‘hey sexy, it’s not going anywhere’ but before the brunette could open his mouth, a bullet barely misses him and smashes into a bottle behind him. Tubbo looks at Ranboo, who looks absolutely indifferent even though a BULLET was just fired, and Tubbo moves his gaze to the now six men at the table from before.
One was holding up a smoking gun. Tubbo had a fleeting thought of wondering if the rifle fixed on the wall next to him worked or if it truly was just for show.
“You can take care of them, hm?” Ranboo says. “That’s what you said, right?” Tubbo purses his lips. He didn’t even know they could be sassy. He watches Ranboo pull out a gun. “You got an extra?” He asks, and Ranboo shakes their head. Fun. Tubbo was about to become target practice. He thanks his dad in his head. It could be worse. Honestly. Truly.

Tubbo's dad tried pushing the mafia business on him, he didn't want that, and then proceeded to get shot at because his dad has a loud mouth.

There is red. Red polluting the strings like a faint poison, enough so that most of the strings Dream could see was a mix of green to brown. But the red all branched off from–
Tommy.
The red is the brightest behind him, its glow matching the strength of a regular green string Dream could make before the crater incident happened. And the final piece of the puzzle finally clicked into place in his brain.
For the first time, Dream feels fear. Genuine fear of a little, bratty kid who was supposed to be nothing but a simple plaything for him.
Because Tommy wasn’t kidnapped.
He ran away.
And the red strings belonged to him.

Or, after Dream meets Tommy in exile and threatens to kill him over and over again, Tommy decides he’s had enough. From the beginning, he was always destined to lose, to suffer, to fall after playing hero. That was what the script told him to.
And he was fucking tired of following it.
