Yet Reaper finds out that even though Error has no memories of his time as Geno, some feelings remain when he catches Error pretending to be Santa to Goth. Goth is playing along, just because he wants his absent father to be present sometime in his life.

Summary
In the beginning, there was a collective of voices. The collective needed a muse, for they could not create full universes. The only things they could make were unwhole sketches, and from one of those sketches, came their much needed muse, who was named Ink.
At first, Ink obeyed their needs. Created what they wanted him to. But when Ink wants to create on his own, the collective, "The Creators", needed another being, as their viewing of Ink's creations were deemed useless for their multiverse.
That other being is a glitch that fell into the anti-void, Error.
But, even though this issue is easy to fix, stubbornness leads to otherwise.

Ink always liked the idea of having friends, but his job as a protector of the Multiverse was always first, he has the creators sometimes, so it could always be worse! However, he had learned his lesson back in UnderFell, where his presence being know by the AU's Sans had caused UF!Sans to change in appearance slowly. He had learned that day that the knowledge he has is dangerous, and that he needs to be more careful.
He didn't know that sometimes other things can cause awareness too, or that he wouldn't be alone for much longer....
OR, Ink tries to stop others from changing into something else, but things keep happening out of their control.

Reaper lost Geno a long time ago. Years passed, worlds changed. Their son, Goth, was long grown. But the pain never let go of the god of death. It lived in him like a weed woven from happiness and memory.
Error thought of himself as someone who didn't need family, warmth, happiness, a home — he didn't experience it, and the dead, broken feeling inside when he looked at something like that from the sidelines, was was just that. a mistake. He shunned others, and they shunned him back.
This was how it was supposed to go on — quiet, silent, lonely, meaningless.
Until Error began to remember something. Something that had been hidden for years in his memory, something that was breaking him, and something that caused Error to suddenly find himself next to Reaper, withholding information about who he used to be.

Error slid down, glued to the tree, his back to the ground, into the lush green grass on the ground. Later, he'd take a look at his current situation and possibly eliminate the place without a problem. Meanwhile, Error was resting, leaning against this comfortable, curvy tree, closing his eyes to feel something, something of the place.
Feel... the familiar ambient magic?
Still no monsters, humans, or standard souls around. Well, no one could hurt him if he got some rest, right?
This time, he mentally prepared himself and repeated the safety tests he felt like a mantra so he could get some rest.
He fell asleep shortly after.
…
Sweetness with hints of security, calm, and the tranquility of dawning rest captured his senses. Something... familiar. Like... like chocolate melting on his tongue. He didn't know how he recognized that either. Still, he pulled the tongue out of his space, to capture it. He caught the sensations, almost becoming overwhelmed by them.
(O: The one where Error acquires an abandoned baby bone, which is, of course, his offspring too, yay...)
