Brendan is almost your average troubled kid, just as he is your almost average rich kid. Two starter pokemon, penthouse apartment, messy room, bad grades, fancy parties and the like. Of course as a child he doesn’t have the best reasoning skills, nor deduction skills. So he knows just what to blame all of his problems on. His parents divorce! If they get back together than all is right in the world once more!
Surely his parents weren’t evil maniacs and the evil team bosses of Team Aqua and Team Magma respectively! All he has to do is set out with his pokemon under his fathers nose find his Pa and drag them back together so they can talk it out and be a happy family again! Surely that will work right? Right? -

Summary

Shenanigans ensue when their Mightyenas begin to get on a little too well, and they attempt to hide the undesired lingering effects of their encounters with Legendary Pokémon. Summary
This is a story that I played out in my head years ago that I'm trying to bring to life in writing. There are some supernatural things that occur and some head canon lore mixed in. Alongside regression and begin transported to another reality. This story takes place in the same universe as ORAS, with inclusions of events from the anime and some of the movies. Our protagonist's name is Sakura, he alongside May take on this journey together. Their journey's also start later as I head-canon the mega universe being more dangerous so instead of then they are actually becoming teenagers. So Hormones and all that jazz.
There are also mutant Pokemon who don't fit in line with the usual lore. Most of which will fill up the Protagonists team. If you get fantasy story vibes that's because I'm also writing a web-novel.This is also my first attempt at creating a story in first person, so with all that being said I hope you enjoy coming along for the ride. I have no timeline for updates as I work full time, but between juggling different stories I'd like to do a chapter a week. Maybe more if the drive is there.

But that only leads them to severely undermine the painful pasts and obstacles they had to carve and crawl out of to reach their hard-earned goal. But it has led them to firmly believe that they are the only ones in the world who can understand themselves. Perhaps if fate itself were to allure them to cross paths with each other, away from the eyes of the outside world, they would finally realize that they aren't alone, that they have someone who they can relate to, before completely losing themselves in the beautiful company of their significant other over their similar beliefs and hobbies.
