So hes very pleasantly suprised when the little assassin just accepts it and emedietly their relationship turns from "incompatible brothers who inexplicably hate eachother" to "mischevious youngest siblings scheeming to prank the shit out of the rest of their family". Maybe this wont turn out as bad as hed thoughr after all?

When Timothy Drake was five, he had his very first vision of the future. Unfortunately, the future Tim sees isn’t always a pretty one. It’s fine though, because Batman can fix anything!
Except, it turns out that Batman hates meta-humans and would probably throw Tim out of Gotham the moment he discovered Tim’s abilities. It’s fine though, because Tim can just hide his powers out in public and deal with them at home where he won’t bother anyone.
Except, his parents think he’s crazy and keep trying to find a way to stop Tim's little "problem." Really though, Tim is sure everything is going to be fine. Definitely.
Or: Tim Drake has a secret: he can see the future. This causes…problems.

Janet Drake was a storyteller.
She loved narrating different tales to Tim. Every night without fail, before little Tim went to bed, she would tell him a story. Tim loved hearing all of them, they took him to places he could never imagine. He loved every single story that spilled from his mom's lips.
Except for The Adventures of The Naughty Boy Who Had No Name.
Whenever Tim misbehaved, Janet would make him sit down on his knees, then she would sit in front of him, sometimes on a chair, sometimes on the floor, and she would tell him stories of a boy who was a bad child.
A boy who never listened to his parents. A boy who was arrogant and selfish. And in every story, the boy always ended up dead.
Tim was smart. He knew when the stories were about him.
Janet always loved visuals. She described in detailed length the many different ways the boy died. Gruesome, painful, disgusting ways.
Janet was an excellent storyteller. And Tim was afraid of those stories coming to life.

Ornithomancy is the practice of divining omens/messages from birds by their flight patterns, cries, and calls.
If someone asked Tim if he ever practiced the art of ornithomancy, he would flat out say, “Nah.” But he now realizes that reading the Batfamily’s mind was essentially the same thing.
He didn’t think that his power would get him into so much trouble, but he should’ve known better. He also didn’t think that they would ever find out about his ability, but as always, Tim was wrong.

Jason attempts to maintain the delicate balance of stopping Tim from working himself into an early grave while simultaneously keeping himself sane. At this point he’d probably have an easier time convincing Bruce to kill the Joker, honestly.
Duke would rather not get dragged into more family drama if he can help it, but at least maybe he can get some real training out of all of this.

Tim hesitantly makes his way over, pressing a finger to their neck to feel for a pulse.
Nothing.
He readjusts his fingers to check again.
And again.
A third time.
The result doesn't change, no matter how many times he moves his fingers to try at a different angle or location or pressure.

Jason swore as his motorbike skidded to a stop at the waterfront, climbing off of it and running to the edge of the water.
There had been an explosion in a warehouse not far from there – one that Red Robin had been staking out. The Bats were on damage control, putting out fires, digging out criminals, and fishing out the unlucky few that had been dumped in Gotham Bay from the force of the explosion.
For someone to have been washed all the way out here… Jason was aware that he was fishing out a dead body.
