He has to find another club to take him before that can happen. By some miracle, he seems to have a chance encounter with the vice-captain of the volleyball club on the school rooftop. He has no idea how much is about to change.

It is Edo period Japan, and the Armed Writers Agency (AWA) is renowned for its knowledge in literature, spells, spirituality, and cleansing the world. They use spells to expel evil spirits and demons without any blood shed whatsoever. Atsushi Nakajima is one of those writers. He sits at his desk for most of the day writing. Making up stories and poems to share with the world.
One day, Atsushi encounters members from The Port Samurais of the East Sea (TPS) a large organization that too does expel evil, but in the most brutal ways possible. Atsushi, entranced by their looks and aura, meets eyes with one of the members, Ryunosuke Akutagawa.
Foes at first, but soon a certain emotion starts to bloom as time goes on. What kind of feeling is this? And will they be able to look past opinions and views, and start to understand each other?
