The memory searching aspect of Manacled is what inspired me, and although I have adapted that, (and also made Draco head Death Eater, because... ya know... we all love it when he's Voldemort's right hand man 😅😉), Secrets and Masks will be a very very different fic all together.

The non con is between Viktor and Draco, and it is a very not nice relationship. Draco is heavily coerced and used. Also, it's my story but I still dwell on it so I will mention- Viktor doesn't really get his comeuppance. Draco gives consent but it is under coercion and duress and should be considered Non Con. Dead Dove: Do Not Eat. It will not turn romantic and sweet between Draco and Viktor - know what you are getting into.

Percy Weasley had the next ten years of his life planned out in painstaking detail. He dealt in absolutes and knew what he was willing to do to achieve his goals. He was going to graduate (top of his class) from Hogwarts, then he'd get a job at the Ministry (plus a seat on the Wizengamot). If all went well in five years he'd have a lovely wife and be working on getting his own slice of land with a house (or even an apartment in London) and could start providing his mother with the grandchildren she always harped on about.
And then Harry Fucking Potter had to come in and throw a wrench in all of Percy's carefully laid out plans by stirring up trouble and the beginnings of another Wizarding War.

In 1997, Harry is searching for the Locket-Horcrux at Grimmauld Place. Instead, he finds a stack of yellowed parchment that not only tells a tale that's more captivating than it has any right to, but might also hold the key to information on the remaining Horcruxes. Regulus Black installed a failsafe.
Though neither Regulus, nor Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Sirius expected the result of the ritual to be quite this literal. With an Ex-Death Eater who was assumed to be dead in their midst, the Horcrux-hunt goes a bit differently. Regulus is mostly conflicted if his unexpected second chance is really worth all the trouble his company keeps putting him in.
