Phil Watson travels to Gotham City from Britain after getting a good job offer and he has had to drag his two kids along - a piglin hybrid named Technoblade and a troublesome fledgling Tommy. Tommy had only recently gotten his wings due to being 16 and it has been a pain trying to keep him safe whilst his feathers grown in. Technoblade had been protective of his father and brother from learning about the crime rate in Gotham and he wants to make sure they are safe

Summary
After another day of hovering between conversations, the day was finally over. As Tommy opened the front door, his hands stuttered as his eyes caught sight of his bare arms. The small indentations in his skin glared at him and his skin began to ache. As he swiftly pushed the door open his mind lingered on the pale scars.
Or: Tommy relapses and has to hide it from his foster family.

Tommy is a young kid who's been taken in by Techno, his half-brother, after his parents decided to get too drunk and leave Tommy alone for too long. Frustrated and miserable, fully believing his older brother couldn't care less about him, he argues with Techno and storms out into the night. He hadn't even seen the car coming.

Summary
As if they heard his thoughts, there was the telling sight of headlights driving slowly down the road towards him. Considering the security wouldn’t let anyone not approved through, and the rest of the civilian guests had arrived, there was only one option. Leaning against the wall carefully not to get too much dust on his jacket, Techno waited as the lights got closer and closer.
The night was quiet which made it easy to hear the pounding steps just inside the front door before it swung open. Chayanne popped his head out, looking over at Techno before following his gaze in time to see the car pull to a stop. However before it had finished the stop, the door was already flying open as Tommy jumped out.
“TECHNO!” Tommy yelled, running straight at him.
Techno didn’t move and braced for impact as the teen reached him. With a small smile, Techno returned the hug. “You didn’t die. Maybe I do need to raise the bar.”

But before Wilbur could bask in his victory, Tommy struck back with a blow far more devastating. The godling beamed, his small hands clapping together as he shouted, “Techie!”
Technoblade froze. A strangled gasp escaped him, his eyes widening. Wilbur barely had time to react before Tommy pressed his advantage.
“Techie! Techie, Techie, Techie!” he cheered, his voice growing louder with each repetition, pure joy radiating from his tiny frame. And then, with a casual wave of his hand, the pigs on Technoblade’s pajamas sprang to life. Tiny, chubby little things, they trotted off and onto the table, before, with another wave of Tommy’s hands they grew soft, fluffy white wings and began fluttering around the room, their oinks harmonious with Tommy’s delighted shriek.
“Techie!” Tommy exclaimed again, pointing to the magical pigs now circling them. “Piggies!”

He dove down, spreading his wings out to pull forward right before his feet touched down on the sand. He enjoyed seconds more of the wind on his wings before tucking them behind his back and allowing his cloak to cover them.
The figure had his back turned to Phil as he walked forward and deeper into the water, though he did so slowly. He looked so much like Tommy from here, the only difference being the hair. That and how thin he was. Tommy was a bit lanky, sure, but he looked terribly thin to the point of starvation. How he was still standing was a mystery in it of itself.
