The latter meant that communicating with his best friend back in Texas would be harder but, considering the two boys were initially introduced through a school penpal project back in 1989, they made it work.
Brando Evans was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas. His social skills were the complete opposite of Wilson’s. Brando was outgoing, loud, popular, and appeared confident and charismatic. But underneath all those layers of charm, hid an insecure boy who was brought up by an extremely homophobic mother.
It was now 1994.
