Nozue forced a laugh from his chest, bitter and sad and raw. This might be a situation that was more normal to Togawa than most, but he respected the grief that Nozue must be experiencing now. The laughing became sobs, and he fell into a crouch, hugging his head to hide his tears. Togawa knelt beside him, not quite touching him.
