So this is my story, from beginning to end. Well, sort of from the beginning. Starting when I was in training to be an auror - 'cause you probably don't want to go all the way back to when I was a baby.
About that ending...it's really okay. I was lucky. There were a lot of good bits before that. Including some good memories, good friends and - as you might've guessed - a pretty great werewolf. In the end, all that stuff made it worthwhile. So don't feel too sorry for me. We all have to say goodbye in the end.

Katsuki Bakugo returned to Japan after a 1-year internship in the United States that quickly turned into a 3-year internship, and the guilt of how he left that night still eats at him. When he returned to Japan after a serious accident with his Sensei, he vowed to take his relationships more seriously. When he shocked the hero world by declaring that he would remain unsigned to any agency, effectively "going rogue", he thought he would have more opportunities to distract himself from what was out of his reach. He never thought healing would come from protecting his childhood friend... or a class full of gremlins.

Kacchan has always said that Izuku has shit luck. But Izuku wouldn't say he had bad luck, sure his quirk came in late, causing his father to leave him, but that doesn't mean anything. And sure people would constantly bully him for his lack of quirk, and then once he got a quirk, an extremely powerful one, people just got worse.
And to top it all off he somehow won the genetic lottery by ending up as a male omega, not only putting him in danger of people harrassing him for his hand in marriage, but also, in combination with his powerful quirk, putting him in actual danger of the hero commission buying him to breed him. And sure maybe he somehow manages to stumble his way into crappy situations, but it was never anything too serious.
But no, Izuku wouldn't say he had bad luck... or at least he didn't.
But now, staring at the sludge looming over the emaciated man, Izuku can't help but think maybe Kacchan was a tiny bit right.
