Summary
The last thing Peter sees is Tony's horrified, heartbroken expression leaning over him. The guilt in his eyes is almost worse than the burning pain that's taking Peter apart piece by piece. The world starts to go dark.
There's a flash of gold and green. For one moment, he finds himself standing amongst the Guardians and others. And then darkness again. It feels like blinking; an extended period of nothingness that ends as abruptly as it begins. One moment there’s nothing, the next there’s light.
“Easy,” a woman says. Her words are gentle, and carry a slight accent that he can’t place. "I'm called Wonder Woman. What's your name?"

What was wrong with him?
Why couldn't he just be happy?
He passed the entrance exam even if he broke his body in the process; even if All Might never really bothered to explain the quirk he had given Izuku. ‘No, don't think bad about him.’
He'd gotten into his dream school for god's sake! With a quirk he might never be able to call his. A quirk that sat in his flesh like a parasite.
All Might knew best. He could never be a hero without his help.
His first day proved it. He could've never succeeded in those tests without One for All; he didn't succeed with it either.
God what was wrong with him?
Or as in Izuku regretting saying yes to All Might and not being able to accept that he can never be the first quirkless hero now and deciding to be the first quirkless vigilante instead.

"...Yeah?" Problem Child blinked.
"Tell me there's a jar of pickles in there, and you've got yourself a partner for the weekend."
The kid just grinned at him and set his... snack down on his empty desk before opening his small fridge in the corner and pulling out a giant jar of spicy dill pickles, holding it out to Shouta. The jar had to have taken up at least half the space in that tiny thing.
He handed it to Shouta and offered his own big ass jar to him. "Vanilla pudding?"
aizawa investigates a student up and about the dorms at 4am and finds his problem child in the middle of a manic episode, rearranging his room and eating pudding out of a mayonnaise jar.
well, he's up anyway. might as well join in and help out.
