Summary
Snuffling closer to Eddie's chest, a pink and blonde figure wandering around uncertainly caught her eye.
“Hey guys, do I see who I think I see over there? Those are definitely the wide, panicked eyes of a first timer.” Stevie pointed, elbow resting on Eddie’s belly.
“I’m gonna go save her.” Stevie rolled up from the ground in one motion. Standing, she pushed her tank and spaghetti straps back into place and checked to see if the tight legs of her boxers were visible from beneath her skirt.
She approached the lost girl from behind and tapped her on the shoulder. Chrissy Cunningham spun around, eyes still wide.
“Sorry, am I in the way? Oh! Oh my god, Steve Harrington? Hi! It’s me, Chrissy! From Hawkins High?”
Stevie chuckled. “I know, hi Chrissy. And actually, it’s Stevie now,” she casually pointed to the blue, pink, and white flag painted on her cheek.

“So this rockstar, Eddie Munson. You know Eddie, at least you know his music, Dustin and Mike are like obsessed with him–”
“And?”
“So, he was at the game tonight. Which is totally weird, he’s not a sports guy at all. It’s common knowledge that he isn’t. Anyway, he was right behind you when you hit Hagan,” Robin explains, as she types something out on her phone. “He is apparently head over heels for you now, and took to Twitter to talk about it.”
She holds her phone out to him. On screen is a short video someone took of tonight’s broadcast. He is front and center, pressing that little shit Hagan up against the glass. And Eddie’s right over their shoulders, visibly flustered.
Steve laughs at Munson’s hilarious expression. “At least he’s cute.”
“I mean, I’m a lesbian so I wouldn’t know,” Robin responds. This is Steve’s perspective on Eddie being horny on main, and what happens in the following weeks.

Summary
It’s the first time in a while that he doesn’t know what comes next. He’s dove into the water hundreds of times. Screamed as his flesh was torn apart, heard Master of Puppets in the distance and held back tears. Felt Max’s cold, small hand in his as she laid in the hospital bed. There are things that always happen, no matter how hard he tries: El doesn’t arrive in time. Eddie dies. Max is put in a coma.
Steve fails. They lose.
“Steve, how many loops have you been through?”
His head is nodding, and his eyes are watery, and Eddie has approached him like a spooked animal.
“I lost count.”
AKA: The one where Steve Harrington is stuck in a time loop, and Eddie Munson is really fucking hard to save, or: fuck Volume 2, these bitches are in love.

Summary
Eddie Munson died on March 27th, 1986.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
No, wait. That’s not right. That’s Hitchhiker's Guide. Or was it Restaurant at the End of the Universe? Whatever, not important.
Eddie Munson died on March 27th, 1986.
Except…he didn’t. He couldn’t have. Because Eddie Munson is currently arguing with himself in his fucking head about sci-fi quotes, which doesn’t feel especially like something that a dead person would have the capacity to do.
The bats had killed him. There had been pain, and the sick sensation of tearing flesh. He’d had to swallow past a mouthful of his own blood to tell Henderson he loved him. Surely those were symptoms of imminent death.
And yet.
On April 1st, 1986, Eddie Munson opens his eyes in a dim hospital room. There’s a gasp from his left, and he tries to turn his head towards the source.
“Easy there, kid. They’ve got you trussed up pretty good.”
Eddie doesn’t need to see him. He’d know that voice anywhere, in any universe, hell dimension or otherwise.
“Uncle Wayne?”
A story about the families we find and the love that finds us.
