In a world where Elijah Kamski discovers deviancy in his very own Chloe while he is still CEO at Cyberlife he decides to not step down and instead create a line of prototypes to test out what causes deviancy.
Project RK200, Markus, had been a wonderful success. Even if the android hadn’t deviated yet, the RK200 was more human than any android before. A couple of failed attempts later Elijah is on RK800 and he has to decide where to send this advanced prototype to try and find the roots of deviancy.
Another AU I have been cooking up in my brain! This one I will be updating as I can! Inspiration comes in small amounts so sorry if time between updates is a bit long!
This fanfic is also minorly inspired by 'The Exclusive Property of Lt. Henry Anderson' by Fadedflame. Mostly just the idea of Connor pseudo acting as a housekeeper android. If you haven't read it, it's really good!

Hank’s lips folded into a thin line and only then did he finally spare Connor a glance. Connor squinted. Hank wanted to say something, but he looked like he was debating whether or not to say what was on his mind or something different. Something that wasn’t his original idea. If humans had LEDs like androids do, maybe they would be able to communicate better, Connor thought.
“I was reading through the journal the rookie cop found on the scene,” He spun the screen around, now angled in a direction where Connor could see it from where he sat at his desk. The monitor flickered momentarily where his finger pressed against it. “There. See that? ‘Says Harbinger. It’s another lead.”
A.K.A. A group of deviant androids is called to Connor's attention, and he's tasked to hunt those rogue machines down. As he finds them one by one, he cracks a little. By the end, a lot.

The deviants thought they had been successful, when the human army lowered their weapons and backed off. And for a while, they were– they lived peacefully in Detroit, building their homes and helping liberate those who needed aid. And then the president orders the humans to move in again, to attack any android with the order to kill on sight.
Connor had felt deeply guilty for his role in the near-capture and death of so many he now understands. So he doesn't join Jericho, and it might be this that makes the death of a Jericho leader and the scattering of the rest of the forces deepen his shame. If he had stayed, if he had been closer, maybe he could have helped.
But those musings belong to past Connor, now. Now, he has a job to do.
Save deviants from a new model, one with his face and equipped with technology that far outclasses his own. But Connor hasn't been living as a deviant for months now without learning a few of his own tricks.
