From the dusk of November 7th of 1981 until the dawn of November 14th of 1981. Michael Wheeler had fought flesh, bone and blood to pry him out of the vines, moss and mud that clung to William like a leech craving to burrow itself into him like a second skin. Michael had clawed it out of William until the remnants of his torment drenched Michael’s scars -of his battle, in the name of devotion- with liniments of solace. He had found his heart, at what cost he did not care to unravel, William was alive in his arms, breathing back the life into his chest. However, everything the forest holds in its embrace leaves with claw marks on it, for the price of escape is hefty and Mirkwood is an unforgiving piece of hell.

Tommy really needs to stop going along with Dream's ideas.
The problem, truthfully, is that Dream just has far too many ideas, more than any normal person should be capable of having in the same time period, and he's able to throw out so many at once that it makes Tommy's head spin. They rush past him like the rapids of a river he's been suddenly thrown in, and he desperately throws out his hands to catch anything he possibly can to steady himself. Sometimes, that's something he's not actually sure he wants to do, but Dream usually does his best to make it fun anyway so that it's all fine in the end.
Sometimes, he agrees to have sex with Dream in Pandora's Vault.

I set about writing When God's Fall: A Complete History of Far Far Away's Expansion Into a Brutal Empire, a bible cataloguing the events spanning from the early days of Far Far Away as a village to it's final days as a crumbling empire, toppled by it's own hubris. From this emerged a plot, of treachery and betrayal, love and loss. This is the Fall of Duloc, and the Rise of Farquaad. An arc spanning the lands of friendship, hardship, and the exploration of sexuality. Join Farquaad on his quest for vengeance as he plans to avenge Duloc and perhaps finds himself, new friends and true love along the way.

He keeps playing with Teddy's feelings and manipulates him to also see Jonathan as the viper in the garden.
In the end, this leads Teddy, heartbroken to see that Matthew Ellis never existed and realising that he has been played, to make a short-circuit decision.He and his father gift Jonathan to the man, who aided them in getting rid of Alejandro Gualteros, General Horacio Sánchez to ensure continuous collaboration.
What neither sees coming is that Sánchez gives Jonathan away to his Lieutenant, a sadist by nature to handle his gift.
Soon Teddy learns the consequences of his choice and just as soon learns to regret them, as there is no clean way out of this anymore.
