Summary
Elliot Figg, Ellie, was attacked just before going to college by something that he and his friends found themself hunting in the middle of the night one night. Two years later, he found himself in the Magnus Archives for research he needed for a college project. When the feeling of being watched grew to be too much, he went back to the Archives to find the head, Elias Bouchard, waiting for him with a job offer. Some might say, Ellie never had a choice. That fate had deemed he was always going to be ensnared in the world of fears, horrors, and put on the path to becoming a monster.
AKA - My friend gave me her OC on the weekends and I decided to make this story for her as a Christmas present before I got really invested and decided to write more as a treat for myself as well.
Involving Jon and Martin getting together while Gertrude is in charge, Ellie's crush on Michael before and after becoming the Distortion, Gerry's situation with his ghost mother, and much much more.More will be added to this story as I get the urge to write more. There is currently no planned end for this story.

As Gerard's lying in the hospital bed, still disoriented after the seizure, he sees a yellow door appear right at the foot of his bed Oh... That's odd. He wonders if Gertrude is seeing this or if it's an effect of the pain meds Or brain damage... But as he looks around, he notices she's left him...He looks back to the yellow door, which is now open, a tall figure in a winter jacket stepping out of it. They seem to ever so subtly pulse with colors, leaving an afterimage as they move to him, smiling down at him with a smile that stretches a bit too wide.
But he's too weak... Too out of it to stop them when they start to disconnect his monitors and IVs. Their golden curls dripping down into his face as they lean over and pick him up, carrying him into their door. Are they here to take his skin? his bones? To do something with his fading life? Does it matter? he closes his eyes.
When he finally wakes again, he finds that despite his body still feeling heavy, his head hurts less than it has in years... Though that changes as soon as he opens his eyes and sees the swirling halls he's in and the matching swirling man watching him.

"Ngh—" Michael struggled, feeling the words bubbling up in their chest. "Ger, I—"
"Now."
Maybe it was a bit much on Gerard's part, but Michael sure as hell didn't seem to mind— their eyes only growing more wanting the more force Gerry put behind his words. Static grew louder to the point it almost drowned out Gerard's voice entirely, and with an exhale, it all tumbled out.
"You overpower me," they started, eyes darkening as they looked up into their boyfriend's. "You tell me what to do a-and even if I try my best to fight it, it's too strong, and eventually the only thing I can do is— Is give in and let you have your way with me. Let you use me."
When Gerry found out about his growing powers as an archivist he was worried his partner would see him differently— as a monster. Michael, however, only met him with a request.
